If your looking for a dependable company Sapir Construction is the one! Our home needed stucco all around and our garage was a hot mess and by that I mean it was falling apart! It needed a new roof and the walls were tilted to the side. Sapir Construction came to the rescue!!! An appointment was quickly set up and the contractor Moris came and gave us an estimate. He was extremely helpful and was determined to fix our problem fast! Not to mention, his crew gave us many options of different brands and colors to choose from for the stucco. This really helped because we wanted the perfect color to fit our little brick house. He also put in new doors and customized our front door to look like a picture we saw on Pinterest. I highly recommend Sapir Construction they listened very closely to what we strongly wished for. We are very happy and we love our home's new look.

Sapir Construction remodeled our kitchen for us. Work included knocking down a wall, new cabinetry/countertops, backsplash, and a new configuration. Work was completed within the time frame we were told. We were very pleased with the level of workmanship, communication, and the entire process start to finish. They are very honest. Very timely and responsive company. They completed a remodel of our kitchen, including removal of load-bearing wall, in 8 weeks. All aspects of the project were fulfilled quickly and professionally, from flooring to cabinetry, plumbing and electrical work. Zaher and Alisa were especially appreciated for their availability, helpfulness and patience.

Sapir Construction did a excellent job on our remodel. They listened to our needs, They were in constant communication throughout the entire process (9 weeks to be exact). It was pretty big job. They removed walls to make our entire kitchen/dining room/living room open concept. They replaced all the walls in this area (and ceiling) from plaster to drywall. They replaced all electrical, new floors, a most importantly, a brand new kitchen. They also replaced our plumbing clean out from the house to the street. Overall, they helped us to create a beautiful kitchen and living space, along with correcting our very old plumbing. If we wanted to make changes in the middle they were great at working with us. They were polite and always kept an attitude of excitement as we experienced this adventure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and professionalism.

I was scrolling through Facebook when I came across the ad. The house in the picture looked exactly like what I wanted to do with mine. I called them for a free estimate and they came out pretty quick. We started the job and Morris was very kind. He really knows what he is talking about compared to the other contractors. My wife and I knew instantly that we wanted to work with Sapir construction. A few weeks later we started the project and I couldn't be happier. The front of the house with the smooth stucco came out really nice.
